Return and Refund Policy

At Le Footballier, we’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’ll work to make it right.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Condition for Returns: Items should be unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

• Return Process: Contact us at info@lefootballier.com to initiate a return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if applicable.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Exclusions: Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked “Final Sale,” are not eligible for returns.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.
